90 Day: The Single Life Tell-All has arrived, and fans are overjoyed to see Big Ed get his comeuppance. How did the rest of the cast take Ed to task?
The first part of the 90 Day: The Single Life Tell-All episode has landed, and fans are giddy that the show’s cast teamed up to call out Big Ed for his many mistakes. Big Ed is used to being criticized by fans, but receiving that much criticism from his castmates is new to him. Each cast member took their turn in the hot seat, but Big Ed got it the worst. And fans think he had it coming based on his behavior and treatment of his girlfriend Liz throughout the season.
During the first season of The Single Life, Big Ed aggressively pursued Liz, and though fans had their issues with her, they generally didn’t feel like Liz deserved Ed’s treatment of her. The couple had a bitter break-up, and 90 Day Fiancé‘s Liz revealed how Ed’s narcissistic behavior led to the end of their relationship. During the Tell-All, the cast quickly took Liz’s side and called out Big Ed for his many problematic actions. The cast unanimously felt that Ed was in the wrong.

In the first half of the Tell-All, most of the time was devoted to discussing Ed’s relationship with Liz. 90 Day Fiancé‘s Ed admitted that he moved too fast with Liz, but his castmates weren’t ready to let him off the hook that easily. They called him out for dating much younger women, his immaturity and even his narcissism. “Not only are you an ***hole, you’re a self-absorbed ***hole,” Molly Hopkins said, in reference to Ed’s self-branded shower curtain. Fans on Reddit responded well to the Tell-All episode and especially loved seeing Ed be taken down a peg by his castmates.
Big Ed seemed extremely uncomfortable throughout the Tell-All, and fans thought he had no one to blame but himself. Many commended the cast for calling Ed out on his problematic behavior. “They’re really giving Ed what he deserves,” one fan commented, “He’s sitting there crying like a kid in the principal’s office w[ith] their parent.” Big Ed tried making excuses for himself, but the rest of the cast wasn’t having it, and fans felt it was entirely appropriate. After all, 90 Day Fiancé‘s Big Ed took shots at other castmates too, so it’s only fair that they serve criticism right back at him.
However, it’s hard to be in a position where so many people are ganging up on you. Big Ed really didn’t have any defenders on the stage. Even when his daughter Tiffany was brought in, she didn’t sugarcoat the dark reality of her father’s dating life. Ed readily admitted that he was “an ***hole.” The 90 Day Fiancé star asserted that he was going to therapy to work on himself and improve his behavior. It may have been difficult for him to face that many critics at the Tell-All, but a long, hard look in the mirror like that is never easy.
The second half of the 90 Day: The Single Life Tell-All is set to air next week, and from the previews it looks like the conversations will get even more contentious. Big Ed might be feeling attacked by his castmates, but that’s more or less his chickens coming home to roost. As a reality TV star, Ed has to know that his behavior will be discussed at the Tell All, and his mistakes will come back to haunt him. If Ed thought he would get some sympathy from his castmates, he was sorely mistaken because the rest of the cast didn’t come to play.
